I'm at the time in my life where I feel like I know what I want to do in the future. The hard part is actually getting to that stage. I'm originally from a town called Shrewsbury and moved from there 5 years ago when I was 14. My dream now is to move back to Shrewsbury and continue education towards becoming a Primary School Teacher/Teaching Assistant.

Right now I am currently in my second year of my college course in childcare. At the end of this academic year I will have an Extended Diploma in Childcare and Education (or something along those lines). However, this course will only be acceptable in Wales which is no good as I am not a confident Welsh Speaker and because I want to move back to Shrewsbury my qualification will mean nothing. That is until I found a course at Shrewsbury College which is 2 years and part time and is a teaching course. I believe that this course is run by Staffordshire University which to me is kind of the same as going to University. I really need to research this more. If this is the case then I will feel like everything is coming together but the only thing stopping me is money. My plan for this year was to hopefully settle down with somebody and potentially get a flat together but that doesn't look like it will be happening anytime soon and I really do not want to live in a flat on my own.

If anyone reads this and has any suggestions of getting into teaching with the qualifications that I will have then I will be very grateful. I also have approx. 9 GCSE's at C or above and 2 E's and 1 C at A-Level.

After 6 hours at work

I was so happy to find this foundation at the bargain price of £6 as I have found that this retails at £11.99 in Superdrug. I have always wanted to try but did not want to spend that amount as I happily spend £6 on my trust rimmel foundations. I was so happy to find it at such a bargain price that I didn't mind that I was buying it for dry skin whereas mine is really oily. However, I set it with a loose powder and it worked just find. I cannot wait to wear it next weekend when I go on a night out because it is so full coverage that hopefully it will make my skin look so flawless.

I've managed to get my hair blonde in 2 weeks! Yes 2 weeks. This is without going anywhere near a hairdressers which has saved me ££££. I also managed to fit my micro bead extensions myself which again has saved me about £250. I still need to tone my hair as it has a lot more brassier tones than the extensions but to me it looks like I have ombre/highlights so I don't really mind. Today I purchased a purple shampoo for £2 which hopefully will cancel out some of the orange tones. I have 2 platinum hair dyes as back ups which I will use to highlight the darker pieces if the shampoo doesn't work.

This whole process of going blonde is really testing my patience.

I'm a lot luckier than some people because my hair has managed to lift to some sort of blonde colour without damaging my hair too much. However, that isn't good enough for me. I've just took out my old extensions ready for my new ones but the blondes don't match :(. I think tomorrow I will have to bleach my hair again and fingers crossed the colours will be right because I don't feel the same without any extensions in.

Moral of the story ~ Just go to a hairdressers!!

My hair transformation from Brunette to Blonde is almost complete. To top it all off my new micro bead extensions, from eBay, arrived in the post 2 days after ordering them which is amazing!

This is the second time I have ordered these extensions from the seller on eBay and I will leave their username in the future blog post I will write reviewing them when they are in my hair. As I have already have had these in brunette and had them in my hair for over a month I will be able to compare and contrast them.

Tomorrow I am off on yet another shopping trip in Wrexham and will be getting many blonde hair dyes, as many as it takes for my hair to be the same colour as my extensions.

I'm still not feeling 100% confident with this blog or the idea of making YouTube videos but I thought that if the area around me was cute and comfortable then maybe that would inspire me. This is the area where I will be writing my blogs (rather than sitting in bed) and then behind me if my makeup storage which slowly but surely is becoming how I want it... Now that I finally have my acrylic storage!!

While at work today I wrote down a list of videos I want to film. First being a Primark Haul as I have a massive bag beside me waiting to be unpacked and then of course I'm going to go to Primark in Wrexham on Saturday just to get more things that I don't really need and probably don't really want but I love a bargain.

I may have only had my blog a few weeks but I'm already started to hate it!!!

At the start I was in love with my theme, especially the header I made myself. I loved how my post looked after eachother and I loved that I had a colour theme (sort of). However, what I didn't like was the content that I was posting. I felt as though what I was posting was rushed and I just wrote the simplest of things just so I could get a post up which is why I decided to delete them all and start again.

Although I'm still not happy with my theme it will do for now. My main concern is ensuring that I am 100% happy with what I'm posting. Never know, may learn to love the minimal black and white theme.

I have always been a natural blonde, rather dark but I still like to say I'm naturally blonde (even if my eyebrows are black). In Year 7 when I was about 11 years old I dyed my hair for the first time. I used John Frieda Precision Foam Colour in '10N Extra Light Natural Blonde'. Because this dye was in foam form it reassured Mum and she knew it wouldn't be too damaging to my hair and wasn't going to make it extremely bleach blonde. For over the years I used the same dye until I achieved my end result of being really light blonde and stuck to this colour until December 2015 when I took the risk of going darker.. When I say darker I mean really dark.

The past 8 months of being brunette has been fun I suppose, but you know what they say 'Blonde's have more fun'. As much as I love the colour and believe I do suit it it's just not me. I've always been known as Blondie, Barbie and the Dumb Blonde but being a completely different colour just doesn't feel the same.

I've plucked up the courage to finally bleach my hair. I went through the first stage of the bleaching process last night but because I did it myself I couldn't reach the back so of course my hair is still dark brown at the back. The rest is ginger but my roots are almost white, it's such a funny look. Just now my mum helped me through the second stage of the bleaching process using a Schwarzkopf Platinum Blonde that apparently lightens hair up to 8 shades.  Cue the neon orange look!

Once this has 'cooked' I will be putting another Platinum Blonde in my hair and just see how it goes from there.

I could just end up going back brunette...

So tomorrow I shall be filming my first YouTube video featuring items from my recent trip to Primark. I'm not confident with speaking in front of a camera just yet so I'm not sure how it will go. Filming the try on part should be fine but I'm not sure if people would be interested in watching a video where I just show items and not speak :/

I will be writing a blog post about all the items I've bought and how I will style the pieces that I managed to pick up:)
